This is Room 1. It has a window overlooking garden and river. The bed is a 5ft King double. There is a flat screen wall mounted TV, free wi fi and tea and coffee making facilities and complementary home made shortbread. A small mini fridge can be put in the room on request for no extra chare. The en suite has a large walk in shower toilet and wash hand basin with Scottish fine soaps toiletries.

The room has patio doors and Juliet balcony and has access to a small internal balcony again with patio doors where you can relax with a book or look out for any wildlife in the garden,river and national park beyond. There is a 40 inch flat screen smart TV, free wi fi, mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and complementary home made shortbread. The en suite has a walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin and Scottish fine soaps toiletries.
